研究兴趣
光互连与光通信:通过光芯片,把电信号发送到光纤中,进行短距离(1m~100m)之间的数据高速传输。
片上光场调控:通过电介质微扰,对于芯片上光的偏振、模式等维度的信息进行调控。
光学滤波器:通过布拉格光栅波导,进行芯片上波分复用系统(CWDM)的搭建。
片上计算光谱仪:通过片上微环调制器,采样双光子吸收产生的电流数据,并利用算法进行光谱重建。
非线性光学: 通过超表面结构,进行四波混频、高次谐波产生等信号的调制。
端面耦合器:通过结构设计,增强光纤光和波导光的模场匹配,提高耦合效率。
激光器异质集成:在SOI上生长III-V族材料激光器,并将光场耦合到芯片上。
神经光网络:利用一些片上光学器件及系统,(如微环调制器)中的非线性过程,对MZI调制器上加载的信号进行调控,完成特定的神经网络算法处理任务。
